Who we are
The Adult Vaccine Alliance (AVA) is a national coalition of healthcare professionals, public health leaders, and industry partners committed to advocating for equitable access to adult immunization across Canada. Through coordinated advocacy and collaboration, AVA works to reduce preventable disease, strengthen health systems, and protect communities.

In 2024, AVA commissioned an independent study by IQVIA that found improving access to recommended adult vaccines leads to better health outcomes and significant savings across Canada’s healthcare system. The report found adult vaccines resulted in:
